I'm hungry! Today my hubs is fixing lunch...yeah for David! ( How hard can grilled cheese be??)
We started missions conference today and my cup is full. I got choked up when all them missionaries were lined across our sanctuary. One lady was 86...and when her church asked for volunteer to be a cheer leading sponsor for upward she volunteered!!! The speaker, Lebanese gentlemen, prayed that there would be people willing to go and tell the good news so all can hear at least "once". I was humbled. In my life how many gospel presentation have I heard? More than one I can tell you.
I have more thoughts to blog...still musing over them.
Here is a website I'd like for you to visit. Holland is the daughter of Jerry and Frankie Blohm who live in Statesville , NC. I went to school with Jerry (HUSBAND) and Frankie (THE WIFE). Holland has leukemia and has been in treatment since 2006. If you have time to leave her a comment, Holland would love it. Keep her in your prayers.

What a sweet girl, Holland. Thanks for sharing with us. I will be praying for her. I am so impressed with these strong young people. Yesterday I read an article in ParentLife (a magazine from Lifeway I subscribe to...I don't have to worry about secular parenting advice like Parents mag and Parenting offer) about a 10 year old boy with Tourette's syndrome. He actually wrote a book about his experience and I was blown away by his maturity. In some cases it seems growing older makes us less mature and certainly less caring. Anyway, I will be sure to pray for Holland and was greatly inspired by her spirit and attitude.
I like ParenLife too! Some great articles and information. Thanks for praying for her!
