Knoxville Bound for David...Homebound for me!

David left around 6:30 for Knoxville. Three days of self paced classes and then he'll be home to study for his test the next few weeks and then return to Knoxville to take his final exam. Day three of this week and I didn't sub again. I was glad Tues. Monday I HAD to go the chiropractor so I couldn't sub and I also squeezed in a hair cut ( yeah, Kellie). Today I have mixed emotions about being home, mostly because Sean is missing being at school. I'd enjoy some days at home with just "me". ha ha I will also miss the good check when payday rolls around . Oh well... Sean and I worked on his Bible Verses for AWANA. I didn't realize he only has 4 sections left in his book! Daniel has a few more. Hope we can get all his done. His book is a little more detailed than Sean's and we have made his Christian school verses the priority..he gets a grade. So we'll see. I would take them out for supper but we've eaten out quite a bit in the last week since we traveled and such.

I've been clipping coupons for my friend Teresa. Hope I can find some good ones.

I could have a headache if I thought about it. ( How does one "think up" a headache? I was weepy when David left but not for the reason you think. I don't even think I had a reason.) I'm not even in a bad mood....I think I know what's up...it's called " that time!" ha!

I think it's safe to take off the skirt and put on some pants...Wed. is chapel day at school..the one day staff has to wear skirts or dresses. I don't like to have to come back home to get ready again, so I got dressed just in case.

We met a neighbor last night and her son, Dougie, who just turned four. Sean and Daniel has a ball playing in our back yard with him. They've lived on the hill on the back street for a year ( we can see their house from our house) and had no idea they were there. Dougie's mom is about 3 years older than me..she had Dougie when she was 39 so we relate well..I was 35 and 37 when I had my kids. She is an instructor at ETSU. I brought up the kids programs at our church as a way to "find out" if they went anywhere. They go to the Presbyterian church. She grew up Church of Christ and he grew up Presbyterian. Maybe we can get them to some of our activities. You never know.

Well, after getting Daniel to school and grabbing a Pal's biscuit and tea for breakfast (I'm no regular coffee drinker) I'm off to be productive. I'm taking a Beth Moore Bible study called "Breaking Free" and I have some lessons to catch up on!
