Missing in Action

I think anyone who reads my blog will think I'm missing in action again. Whew! busy times! So much has happened in the last few weeks I'll not be able to tell it all. Last night my Sunday school class had their Sunday school Christmas Party. I haven't laughed that hard in a while. They broke out the Karaoke machine....and oh my!!!

Dec. 1 I had my work part for "Half Time"....the two day a week program I've been doing at my church teaching 2 year old. It was a nice dinner. I have two more weeks there. Then, after Chrismtas I start my 6 week position teaching second grade while the teacher is out on maternity leave. Pray Sean adjust well to his new teacher in a new place. He'll go five days a week.

Daniel still loves school. He has his Christmas party Dec. 18. David will pick him up and bring him to me at "Half time" . We have a little Christmas program that day for the preschoolers.

Tonight my kids are singing at church in their respective kid's choirs. We have a "Birthday party" for Jesus at church. Last year I missed Daniel singing because I was hope "prepping" for a colonoscopy the next day! This year I get to see both my babies sing!

On the way home from Church I was talking to my friend Teresa. Her husband, Gregg, had two strokes since Thanksgiving and he's been in ICU at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, NC. While I was talking to her we witnessed a wreck and I called 911. My heart was racing. I pray the driver was ok..that little truck flipped upside down.

Well, I'm off to clean up, rest, and then head back to church. I'm really sleepy this afternoon.

Friday David has his work part in Bristol TN so I'll have to have the babysitter back in again.

I was offered a ticket to see Point of Grace Friday....boo hoo....but I'm not ditching David's work gathering to go. I've see them before. I imagine Christmas would be a good concert.
