Elect me....I listen to the people!

OK, so one Northern outcry that my green blog page was less that desirable and I listen! Actually Greg, I was changing it anyway....for some reason these backgrounds don't like me this morning. Let's see what the popular consensus is on this background. I'll have to put in all those blog links again, ugh . You'd think they could make this where you don't lose all those extras you have on your page when you change the background.

Off to the dentist at 10:00 for a filling and a crown.

For a long time now Sean has gotten up around 3:00 in the morning and made his way to our bed. Habit I guess. We've talked about Jesus being with him, tried all kinds of things like leaving a hall light on, etc. He was convinced that Jesus was not in his room but had made his way to mommy and daddy's room. OK...................So recently he has taken a liking to Veggie Tales. I'm not opposed to them....think they are cute...my boys have never really taken an interest. Someone at church gave us the "When I'm Afraid" Video so I could use it in my classroom in the fall. Sean has been watching it alot. I didn't make the connection till yesterday. Sean announce Sunday that he was going to stay in his bed "All the day" ( all night). I said "OK" doubting that it would happen. We are now to Wed. and he's made it every night. He asked to see that video at least once a day. He informed me last night that Bob the Tomato said boys and girls should pray to Jesus with their parent's before bed and we would start doing that.....( I thought I'd tried that?????) Guess when you are four it means more coming from a tomato. He crawled in my bed, we prayed, we hugged and he made it all night again in his bed.

Who am I to argue with a Tomato? Go Bob!

I am so laughing over Sean listening to Bob. Just wait a few years and then it will be the youth pastor. "Mom, Pastor Gene said we should ______" Haven't I been saying the same thing for 10 years? ? Ah, memories. Be thankful for all sources which teach truth and laugh a lot. That's my parenting advice! Love, Debbie

The Northerner strikes again.

I think I like the green better. Why not try blue? Ya know, when we get to heaven we will be seeing colors we've never seen before. Maybe, you could wait a little .......

I like the new look, it's easier for old people like Beth to read. Also, I never saw you post with the answer to the lighthouse question. Answer it again.
