Our Grandmother friend from Chicagoland where it's cold from Sept. to May forgets it's not that cold down south. Can't believe you got out of school for that dusting of snow. Never happened when I was growing up.
SNOW!!!! I'm still hoping we'll get some snow in the piedmont section of NC this winter.....something that does not happen but every once in a blue moon!!
Oh, by the way, I have tagged you for a meme on my blog. I hope you will play along!
I am wife, mother, daughter and a sister. I have two darling boys and a wonderful husband. I graduated from Bob Jones University with a degree in Elementary Education. I love working with children and in women's ministry.

The boys looked like they needed warmer coats. Boy, I sound like someone's grandmother, don't I?
Nothin' like a snow day from school. Looks like you guys enjoyed it. David should have taken off work.
Yes, Greg, you do sound like somebody's grandmother! ha
actually those little coats are pretty well lined. And we weren't out too long. Mommy was a whimp!
How cute!
I'm glad you were able to get a day off!

Well, in a way you're right Eddie. BUT, in order for it to snow it has to get below 32 degrees. That's a law!
OK, granny's going back to crocheting. Let's see where was I.... oh yeah, knit one, pearl two.
Actually, Grandma...er Grandpa Greg...it can snow at 34 degrees. Seen it many times!!!! Maybe it was 32 degrees back in the "day"....
Back in the Old Testament I can never remember us getting snow above 32!
You young kids these days!
