Can I tell you that I stepped on the scales at Weight Watchers tonight and I had lost.............
6 pounds! Yipee! Last week I was sick and gained 3 pounds. Thanks,Amanda ,for the words of encouragement. So I got my 10 lb weight loss book mark tonight..yeah! Actually I'm up to 11 lbs. I pray I can keep up with it...a few pounds a week will work for me....And you bet I'll post a pic of the simple yet rewarding bookmark when I get a chance. I said I wouldn't post a ticker....but that was a ticker that tells you what I weigh....if you knew I'd have to hurt you. This ticker just gives me goal. I've set a small goal....I need to lose 24 pounds for sure..so I figure I'm almost half way there.
Been making some jewelry...kind of fun if I do say so myself!

The kids went swimming for a few hours today. Sean seems tired. I'd like to run to Sam's club...dangerous to go in there.
I read this verse today and thought I'd leave you with it:
Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. – Psalm 42:5-6

Good job on the weight loss LuAnn!
I'll trade you a Hamilton for a Jackson for every pound. (I get the Jacksons).
11 lbs is great!!!
That is awesome, I am so jealous!! You can accomplish any goal you set!
Love the jewelry, you are rocking those sets!!
Great job on the weight loss, I only wish I had lost 11 lbs. I also love that verse.
Wow, congratulations! I'm so proud of you.
I know what you mean about Sam's.
It is a dangerous place for me, but I have to say one of my very favorite places to shop. My husband gets so tickled at me because I love to go on the days they have all of the samples.
Awesome! Both the weight loss and the jewelry. I'm with you on both counts.
Love losing weight and love making jewelry.
Keep it up.
